Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Thank you for purchasing our course, enrolling for our workshop (offline or online) and/or subscribing to our services operated by ExcelNeeds (hereinafter ExcelNeeds).

  • Once purchased, our courses, workshops and/or services cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

  • You may however let another candidate attend the course instead of you (for both online and offline courses).

  • If a candidate fails to complete the course within the mentioned validity of modules/lessons, The candidate is also not eligible for a refund.

  • Any refunds, or cancellations are at the discretion of ExcelNeeds.

  • For any technical issues that you face, the first step of action would be to contact our support team (support@excelneeds.com). they will help you with the technical issue. The time of response shall be a minimum of 3 working days. In case we are unable to help with your technical issue, a FULL refund will be initiated. This is applicable only to technical issues.

Digital Products:

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, and that they can not be physically returned, there are no refunds, no exchanges, and no cancellations.

  • Please review the product pages and ask any questions about the software before purchasing so that you can find out if the software has the features that you are looking for.

  • There are no refunds for services performed such as consulting, training, custom templates and projects.
